Auto repair in the United States is split between independent shops, dealership service departments and national chains. Independents handle most routine work (oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, check-engine diagnostics) at lower labor rates and often specialize in one make or in imports; dealers keep factory tools, software and warranty authority; chains sell speed and standard pricing on maintenance items. Most shops charge a diagnostic fee, credited toward the repair if you go ahead, and quote parts and labor separately. Certification matters: look for ASE-certified technicians and, in many states, a state repair license posted at the counter. Written estimates are required by law in most states before work begins, and you are entitled to your old parts if you ask.

Hours are published for 5 days a week. The most common schedule is 8:30 am–5 pm. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (954) 793-1330. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is faithfulengines.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Margate is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Margate follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I’m very happy with the service I received at Faithful Engines. He went above and beyond to get my car repaired and back to me the same day. What I appreciated the most was that he genuinely wanted to help me. He took the time to explain everything and made sure my car was taken care of properly. I’m really happy with the service and the way I was treated. I would definitely recommend Faithful Engines to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional service. Thank you so much for your help!

Engine finally went out of my 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan and I needed a honest mechanic to give me a good price. We found Faithful Engines in Margate Florida. Took just less than a week. He had a very fair price and very communicative. As much as I didn't like spending the money to replace the engine in that van I had already just done the transmission at over $5,000 so I figured I might as well just get the engine done. I can't be any happier The work completed. I just did a diagnostic engine check on it and everything is 100% perfect. Thank you very much ! I would definitely recommend this place to anybody that needs any kind of mechanic work done. Thanks again

We had our 2011 Wrangler 3.8L rebuilt by Faithful Engines and are very happy with the results. Lloyd was given a 151,000 mile engine that was starting to consume oil. He quickly got us into the shop and started within a week. The engine came back to us completely cleaned, new timing chain, new plugs and wires, all ring and seals done and all new gaskets. He diagnosed the failed seal in cylinder 3 leading to the oil consumption. He contacted us throughout the process and shared photos of progress. Lloyd pointed out my clutch was mostly worn and recommended the replacement at part cost alone as the engine was already separated from the transmission saving me money on a job that was needed soon. The attention to detail, communication and getting the job done on time were all very impressive. I would recommend Faithful Engines to anyone looking to keep their ride going strong.
